Terms of Use for FlightClaimly

1. About the service

FlightClaimly is a service that helps air passengers investigate and pursue compensation claims under EU261 and similar regulations. We act as your representative towards the airline.

By submitting a case via our website, you accept these terms.

2. Your use of the service

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information about your flight
• not submit claims you know to be incorrect or misleading
• inform us if you have already hired another party for the same claim

We reserve the right to discontinue handling a case if the information provided is incorrect or if the conditions for a valid claim are not met.

3. Representation and power of attorney

To pursue your claim, we may need to act as your representative towards the airline. By using the service, you authorise us to contact the airline on your behalf.

In some cases, we may ask you to sign a separate power of attorney or mandate, for example if the case needs escalation.

4. Fees and compensation

FlightClaimly operates on a no win, no fee.

• there is no cost to submit a claim
• we only charge a fee if we successfully obtain compensation
• our fee is a percentage of the compensation you receive

The applicable percentage and any additional conditions are clearly stated when you approve that we handle your claim.

5. Payment to you

When compensation has been paid by the airline, payment may be made either:

• directly to FlightClaimly, after which your share is forwarded to you, or
• directly to you, with our fee deducted according to a separate agreement

We aim to process payments as soon as possible after compensation has been received and identified.

6. Liability and limitations

We cannot guarantee that a claim will result in compensation. Each case is assessed based on available information and applicable regulations.

FlightClaimly is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit, and our liability is generally limited to the fee paid for the service.

7. Personal data and privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. More information is available in our privacy policy.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms when necessary. The latest version is always available on our website.
